Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Dubai

Executive lounge happy hour was decent; friendly staff and a good range of snacks and drinks. Breakfast in the main restaurant was also good; lots of choice. Chocolate hour every evening in the lobby was a nice bonus, in addition to free welcome drinks. Family room was spacious, cot was ready in the room for when we arrived. Overall great value for Dubai, especially the executive lounge perks which mean you don't need to pay for drinks & dinner as there is enough on offer during happy hour to fill you up.

I loved the customer service ! The staff were so caring ! I travelled with three kids all under the age of 3 and all the staff were so attentive towards my kids and made an effort with them. They would let me take my food to my room instead of sitting in the restaurant. The location isn’t the best, it’s not near the metro unless u walk for 10 mins but we had small kids so we would get taxi and the staff at the front were very good. They would get us a big taxi ASAP and really cared about people at the hotel. We booked an apartment and it was the perfect size for us. The second day we came back to find fruit on our dining table which was so sweet. Basically if u don’t mind getting taxis then this hotel is brilliant, if u want to get the metro then find something closer. Right behind the hotel is a supermarket with everything inside. We are from the UK and found most brands there. We had Papa Johns and McDonald’s next to us which was 2 mins walk (not even that) and Starbucks next door.

We liked everything about the property.. early check in..the breakfast buffet..the staffs.. cleanness .. I would also like to thank the receptionist Marsha she was so charming, welcoming and she surprised my fiancé with a birthday cake as she was able to note that it was his birthday during check in through his ID.. it was so lovely.. We will surely come back next time
